Nothing, I hope it will close for ever. They said that has airport shutter but is not true. The beach is the worst I ever seen.

The large space. Non crowded, Off the heavy traffic, The view from the room. Cleaniness.
The waiters and waitresses seemed to be fairly unprofessional. Both at night and at breakfast. Both technically and behaviour wise.

calm place far from busy Patong area
hotel staff was just terrible, no help, no even smile; nobody speaks any European language, only one person was able to communicate a little bit in English; everything (tuck-tuck, taxi, spa, dinner etc) is extremely overpriced, 3-5 times difference with other places prices; beach is horrible, almost no water even during high tide; pool is very small so even if you could accept to replace your beach holiday by the pool version. it would not be possible there; car hire is highly recommended as this hotel is extremely far from any decent beach and any other holiday facility

Clean room, good services from staff, big and spacious bed, sufficient amenities, peace and quiet.
Pillows are too soft; breakfast food is oily though variety is good.

Very new hotel with modern appliances. Very close to Changlong pier, 100B by taxi. Ideal place to stay if you want to go to Racha island from Chanlong pier.
The recetion English is very poor. I asked the infor about the boat to Racha, but they do not understand, so that I missed the boat to Racha at 9 AM. There is no good restaurants to have dinner near the hotel.

The room was clean spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had a good choice of menu and the friendliness of the staff was a joy.
The price of drinks in the beach bar was pretty expensive versus other bars in the area, but not so expensive that it prohibitive. Given that the booking was made online using Amex it was annoying that when paying the bill they wouldn't take Amex

This is a very friendly hotel close to both Chalong and Rawai. You do require transport to get around and the hotel can organise a moped rental for around £5 per day. The staff are very friendly. The pool is nice and the location is close to the beach. The view from the sea view rooms is stunning.
The hotel is not very old but the room could do with some maintenance. Eg handle missing from wardrobe door, walls stained by rain and shower controls not working.

I liked Chalong Beach Hotel & Spa because it was off the main road , had no road noise. Rooms were a good size. The breakfast buffet was different every morning . Staff very polite. Pool was very clean and nice.

Nice seeview room, spacious, very clean, everyday service. Good variety of thai breakfast, repetitive every 3 days. Restaurant also ok. A bit expensive pool bar if you compare with other restaurants/bars, nice pool. Wifi for free also in room. Tesco 6 minutes by walk and a nice italian rest. too. Good value for money.
Personal in rest. speak poor english, if you like beach, you shouldn´t take any hotels in Chalong, if there is low tide: no possibility to swim in the see.

The room is really comfortable with a wonderful view. The restaurant is very good dinner/lunch and also provides a good breakfast. The bathroom is big and handful. The cleaning service are good also.
The hotel is located in a beach which is not good for swimming, but is still a good beach for walking and relaxing.
